I would think no one really has $45k to spend to gets leads down to nearly $1.50. In time the CPL comes down, but only after consistency and you have an ongoing budget to keep the ad going.

I don't think it's a good accomplishment to pay over $1.50 for a lead I mean come on? If it was 20 cents or lower per lead that would be an accomplishment.
