The reviews I've seen have all been 4 or 5 stars. Below is one review.

This book is perfect because if gives you what you need to know, and
really lays the exercises out in a very simple way. I will tell you
that some of the exercises are so simple, yet so effective you won't
know why we don't know about them. I use exercises that I learned from
this book regularly for many things. I will share a quick story:

I am a musician and one of my very good friends is a Venezuelan Cuatro
player who is probably the best in North America. He is over 60 years
old and I always though that his hearing wasn't 100%, and one day he
told me that he lost his hearing almost completely. He said that he
couldn't even play anymore. This, was very upsetting news to me, it was
like a great artist saying he had lost his sight.

I gave him the ear exercise (beating the heavenly drum) and he started doing it.
We talked about a week later and he said to me "I can't believe it, I
come from a country with so much alternative medicine, but I had never
seen or heard of this! It's working!" He is playing again and his
hearing is restored. Praise God.

Anyways, I suggest this book if you are a yoga practitioner, or new age, or just looking for
some alternative things to help strengthen your body FROM THE INSIDE
OUT. This is the purpose and scope of this book. You can lift weights
and run and get the perfect bubble butt, but this adds very little to
your overall health. Health starts inside.
