@gsimbarashe and Cani123: Please check my note in the OP. You're asking for a re-up when the Mediafire link in my post #1 has been up for nearly a year (since September 17, 2021)! It still works because only moments ago, I tested it and downloaded the book to my computer's desktop.

If you're not getting the download from that link, there may be a problem with your browser.

And if more people were to get in the habit of mirroring files they take from here, everybody would benefit.

So please, READ ALL POSTS on a thread if you're experiencing a problem with the download from the OP. There may be mirrors or posts to update a share but you'll never find them if you don't bother to read past the original post!

I usually have no problem re-upping smaller files, like this one, but in cases where the link I originally provided is still active, it only makes my thread ugly with all the "please, re-up" posts from people who need to learn to use the forum.

@StillStanding: Thank you for mentioning (post #21) that the mediafire link in my OP still worked. It's amazing that people sometimes don't bother to read past the post where they GET what they come for. Or, in this case, seem to ignore my updates.

And speaking of football, yes, I've already "announced" that starting tonight with the game that opens the 2022 season, I'm going to be around here far less than I've been in recent months. So I am a little "dizzy" over the coming NFL season.
