After downloading I can not open the book because it has an "epub" extension, so what is the best way to read this.

Short Review:
(pdf download below for those who don't like EPUB files:) Download this book. As many on this forum realize, working online has one big flaw.... Very little physical activity. Getting up for another cup of coffee doesn't really count. This great book put out in 2008 by Peter Cerqua, shows the science and logic behind why "less is more" especially in exercise. Anyone (even my 330 lb. cousin) can do what Peter details, and if you want to quit running 5 miles a day or going to the gym (which you probably were sold on by people who just don't "know" about this REAL fitness science), he says you will be just as healthy and lose as much weight by just spending about 15 - 20 minutes a week. In total. I am a speed walker. 2 weeks ago I completed a 26.2 mile marathon in record time (for me). I have lost a total of 69 pounds in the last 2 years, by changing my eating habits and a lot of walking. I thought I was in pretty good shape. That said--- I did the Level 1 exercise group, 2 exercises; twice this week already. Very simple exercises - nothing extreme, but man..., 3 minutes is all I wanted of them each day. They sure look simple, and are -- but, wow, I thought I could sail through with no problem. My body showed me that I definitely need to strengthen my core. I really believe that I need to back off of half of my walking each week and do Peter's exercises. You feel stronger all day after you've done them. The higher level exercises (II and III) are just slightly more tuned for those who want a little more perfection. Still simple; and no more than a total of about 20 minutes a week. I have a gymnast buddy, JH, (still is a perfect physical specimen) who told me 35 years ago (after competing at the Olympics) that you never have to use more weight than your own body for fitness. I finally believe him after checking this out. I sent the book to JH and he said that the 90-Second Fitness exercises are like the ones he still trains with today. Think: very simple exercises done very slowly. This is the way the body really gets the message to get you stronger. And Peter has a simple eating plan that combined with the simple exercises guarantee your looking good and permanent fitness. Worth 3 minutes every other day? Count me in!
