This is not a Goldmine,,, this is bulshit... she claims 75% of the marketers are not using this technique, well why we should kill our time for a single campaign? spending a few $$$ on split testing is way better than killing your time in searching these job titles....! i think she is free to do so  You can launch a single campaign in 24 hours if you follow this process,,, I will suggest you to launch random 3 campaigns with different age and demographics do proper split testing and go for the winning one,,,,! The thing 75%+ marketers are not doing is Retargeting,,,,! You must do Retargeting i will suggest you to use Perfect Audience or Adroll to do the job for you,...! Don't kill your time to follow this process,,,,!
