Thanks for this Pheonix! As a PS addict I can eat this stuff up all day.
A few weeks ago my gf bought home a Photoshop v.2 user guide she found in a junk store from 1991 !!! and said with total seriousness that maybe I'll be able to learn something from it... after I dried my tears of laughter I sat down to take a look and it turned into a real lesson of discovery. All i can say is that users back then were on the absolute cutting edge and I'd love to get my hands on an early version to play with. The tools palette hasn't changed that much with a few exceptions but to my shock back then the concept of layers had not even been conceived. You could cut/copy, move and paste but all into the same layer. We've come a long way baby and I can't begin to think what we'll be using in another 23 years! Sorry for the ramble... thanks again and have some +reps! |
