Yes, of course, i replaced by copy/pasting per
each one as you said, yet the result is this...huh?

The inspect element code worked like magic! THank you!!

Right click on the form and select inspect element, then highlight the form code that looks the same as the replacement - so starts with the same code and ends with the same - and right click to edit html, replace it with the code provided here- then click outside of it somewhere to close the edit option, and voila. You should see the form has changed with the option to enter an email as well as a password.
