@aminoacid and jcrock: I checked my computer and a few online file storage accounts but I couldn't find this e-book, so I'm going to have to say I can't help you ... yet.
I just dashed off a private message to 3 of my trusted forum friends in the hopes that one of them can come through for me and provide a mirror link to the thread. Stay tuned ... But in the meantime, let this serve as a demonstration of what happens when no one posts a mirror. I find that this is happening more and more with my shares. Lots of kind words and reps (which I appreciate) but no one bothers to mirror. @dirtyginger: I'm not really sure whether you got this successfully or not. But thank you for the kind words. Please check whatever you downloaded to be sure you got the book. And if you can, please provide a mirror link. Ge.tt links are not working and haven't been for more than a week. I've emailed them about the problem (I have a paid account) but their support won't respond. UPDATE --- MARCH 28, 2019 I just found the e-books (e-pub and pdf) and have re-upped the share in the OP.
