If you want to make your prospects and customers very happy , it's much more professional to make their experience seamless especially if they there're in need of your assistance, immediately. NOW...... You will be able to provide profession support while protecting your email address from SPAMMERS using software to collect email address. Spammers will find your email if it's not protected....It happened to me over and over again until I created my support desk script...Now I don't have to worry any more....
