It looks like the error states some limitations during download. If anyone able to download it, a mirror is a very much appreciated...
EDIT... here's what I found. Inside each folder are videos in .mp4 format. When you click on each video, it will open in another browser tab and play. When it starts playing, download manager like "Internet Download Manager" detects the link and download starts. The downside, this should be done on each video and there are a number of videos inside the course.
