Thanks for the reply, ratzazz. The problem was due to a fragmented partition. The program works fine now after defragging the drive. However, my query regarding the `hand' files remains unanswered.

thanks to rat for sharing this meaningful thing for me and even for all user here. but i have trouble when i save it to powerpoint . it not give any file after that. and once more,, i think for rendering video/ppt . it takes longer time than sparkol v 1 , is it normal ? |
