12/53 is nothing. It is just a false positive. Some of the VT AVs (just 12) find the code is: Gen:Trojan - suspicious - Unclassified. These descriptions are telling that these AV engines identify this kind of code as a possible virus. It doesn't mean it is a virus. Some of the most effective AV engines find it totally OK.
Get worried when you have above 25 out of 53 and engines like AVG, Kaspersky and Agnitum find a virus.
