I was able to download the 1GB folder and it unzipped successfully. Am stuck at 75% of the second folder with message `temporary error, retrying.'

The problem is with the `relation.zip' file. You will not be able to download it, even as an individual file. It is under templates and sample ads>template ads>special bonus>relation.zip
