Hmmm! I doubt sharing the username and password would help, as the logins will be from different IPs and might get blocked. It would be better to provide a link to the signup page.

It's supposed to have different IPs because it's jv login, someone changed the
password.

You can still login to Social Video Ads but not AdPoint because somebody
changed the password.
