You are spot on about that because. I have seen these after a couple of years disappear off the grid. That's why I'm not getting in on this.

I don't think so.

It allows you to point your own domain to their servers.

They have ultimate control - I've been stung by this sort of operation before to the tune of several hundred dollars lost and many disappointed clients left hanging. Be wary.
