zhh12, you don't have to enter any particular license, email or registration key. So there is no nulling required. It is just a copy given to the original purchasers that shows the permissions they are allowed with regards to usage, like the number (unlimited, for example) domains you can use.

The only caveat is selling the sites, which he does not permit without the buyer of your sold site having to purchase their own license(s).
