for me it's working tested on windows XP, windows 7 check if last framework installed on your system and make sure version Social Backlink Empire 1.0.1.0 installed

Don't forget to use:

Pass: jvaccess
(Remove the current "SocialBacklinkEmpireSuite" is installed but it's not activated! --> reinstall new one )
then copy (cr) file and paste (replace) to dir:
C:\Program Files\IM Powerhouse\SocialBacklinkEmpireSuite[/hide]
to active Social Backlink Empire Suite after replace the original file!!!

I can confirm it works. Not only it opens but it can create accounts. But my question is: many of the sites on the lists are wp blogs. So this tool is used to post comments?
