Anyone know why the xml file is not loading. It just times out.

Well, you American Psycho, I thought the
same thing when it was happening for me.

So,of course I got pissed off and hit the
import 2 more times. Then I went and
checked my site and found that I had
triplicate everything in the main menu.

So apparently it had worked for me after all.

Maybe try refreshing your browser. I hope you
get it sorted kemosabe, I know how frustrating
it can be when you spend your time at something
that turns out to be a steaming pile or crap.

I did manage to get it up and running though.
