how do you install the patch? I couldnt get it work on my vista.

I don't know about vista because I use win 8. But the software gets installed first. Then you install the patch. When it asks for the smart hide ip's file location, just go to the folder where you installed the software. Then click the file to choose it. It will patch in a second.

REVIEW:
What I've noticed when using this is that I had to install the firefox extension that it came with. This extension automatically changes your ip to manual proxy in the firefox browser settings. Using this software prevents me from using the internet because I get the following message:

The proxy server is refusing connections

Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections.

Check the proxy settings to make sure that they are correct.
Contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working.



It's great in theory. But if you can't surf the net while using the software, than what good will "hiding" your IP do?
