That's weird; I downloaded them and then uploaded each file to a site where I could "listen" to them at night. They seem fine. I am not sure why they turned out like this but I'll attempt to get a new download link.

Not trying to hijack the thread but if you want to try hypnosis
for insomnia then try Sleep like a log or I Can Make You Sleep by Paul McKenna.
It should available on piratebay.

The download link for this product is one of those "expires after three days" or whatever so I had to send an email to the product owner. I had my receipt so I forwarded that to him and will re-upload when I get new links.

10zen, thank you very much for your link. I am a "hard case" insomniac so I really appreciate it. BTW, are you associated with that "10 Minute Zen" product?? I found THAT product while looking for ways to fall asleep quickly. lol

Here is that "trick to fall asleep quickly" in case anyone else wants it. It does work usually. I'm a "tough case" so it doesn't work for me every time but I've tried it and had it work and other people in my family have tried it and had it work for them, too.
