You can safely take it out...this software is such a simple piece of code that i can make one an hour.
This probably was a line that the developer who made this tool was using to test out his code while he is working either way the line of code is deactivated (commented) and you can remove it either way.

You can upload countless instances of the script to different subdirectories on your server. In this way you can make as many campaigns as you wish! :)

This is nice!

But standalone and WP plugin tried both works fine ...but how can we installed google analytics ...even i installed analytics to that domain seems clone page doesnt work with GA ! anyone has idea how to setup analytics for this plugin (scraped page)

there might be a way to add that in the iframe template. I would have to look into the code..
