new accounts get a ban just after posting random comments, its not about hit and run anymore, brain power and a strategy is a must

I think we are talking about 2 different things.
In method 1,The creator talked about MAKE MONEY ONLINE groups, not the serious hyper moderated ones.

I personally have a list of 100+ fb groups that I collected myself and I use it time to time to test the waters for a service I have or regular serious affiliate companies, like payments systems, invite only offers etc.... I do not do regular affiliates stuff (I'm not an affiliate, I prefer selling my services), as I do not like to promise people the moon like most products do.

Note:
You can post whatever you want in these groups because that's what they are made for, plenty of daily posts with offers etc, and almost no moderation is done in them.... but the quality of the leads is low, still, you can have some serious ones from tier one countries if you create a process to filter them by countries + use with chatbots with the multiple option answers.

Hope this clarify the things.

Why are you creating new accounts?
Use yours and add the new friends in a special list, they will be the only ones seing your posts if you select "show only to" posting option.

Note:
Do not add 100 friends a day, I personally add 20/ 30 maximum and I do not do it everyday, add to this I check their profiles before deciding to add them.... tho profiles that look crappy, NO, the ones from tier 1 countries and normal YES.

Again, choose the right buyers group of a good serious product (method 2).
