Wong Hing,

If you don't know the new username, go to :
Your CPanel > PHPMyAdmin > WP DB_Name > WP_Users > User_Login
Click Edit if you want to rename the username or change the pass.

Hope it helps ...

RE:
Heads up there is a bug in the plugin, as @wonghing mentioned after using 5-layer security i was too locked out of my site. Contacted their support(bought the front end offer) and this is there response:

Thank you for submitting a support ticket. We are currently in the middle of releasing our new product, Seamless Secure.

This means we may be experiencing a higher than normal ticket submission rate; however, we will get back to you within 12-24 hours.

If you've purchase Seamless Secure and have been locked out of your site, we are aware of this bug and an update will be ready in the next 12-24 hours.

For now please watch this important video to learn how to retrieve your new logins: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KFlBlBqtRrM

We apologize for the inconvenience.

RE: Backup manually before tinkering!
Suggestion to all who want to take the risk of installing unproven plugins on your Wordpress sites, especially "security" plugins...

Make darn sure you create a manual backup of your files and database first, and you also know how to restore your site manually from your backups. You can backup and restore your files using "File Manager" in your hosting account or using your favorite FTP client. For your database, use PHPMyAdmin export and import functions. To learn more, remember that Google is your friend. Here is one useful page for performing a database restore:

http://codex.wordpress.org/Restoring_You...rom_Backup

We all want an easy fix for the security risks associated with Wordpress (which makes security products very popular) but unfortunately there is no avoiding the necessity of learning the basics first (unless you can afford to outsource this stuff and you have found someone you can trust).

Happy tinkering!

RE:
Yes please be careful when using the plugin. I installed and configured it on my WP Blog. It changes the blog user name and I am no longer able to login to the blog.
