I found it on a different site, sort of feel bad about it if there is anything wrong with it.

I don't have a chance to test everything I find, especially right away. I suggest you download a plugin called Theme Authenticity Checker to check all themes with that you get.

It's usually easy to edit out any bad code you find in a theme, the plugin gives you enough information to find it easily.

It is located here:
Sahifa_v2.3.0_-_Responsive_WordPress_News_Magazine_Blog\Docs\js\cufon.js

It is located in the Docs folder, and is not a part of the theme itself and can be deleted.

So that is the file that causes the alert for the whole theme.
