I can confirm what mthomas posted at #24 ... the Zippyshare link in the OP does still work (which is amazing!).

Please be aware though when you go after the download. In my Firefox browser, twice I received downloads for what appeared to be mp4 video files. This share is a PDF image ... so be careful what you click to download. Zippy is quickly becoming my worst file share server for all the antics they use.

DON'T DOWNLOAD until you see a PDF icon; otherwise, there's no telling what you're downloading, where it will be saved to ... or what damage it could do.

I have the same issue with Zippy links, but using Windscribe VPN on the free tier works for me
