Hi bud, did you replace the .bin file or did you save the sound first? I tried saving a .mp3 file from my pc (after clicking on the `local' icon at the bottom left of the screen) and got an error message "There was a problem accessing the MP3 file at the url you specified"). I next uploaded the mp3 file to Dropbox and inserted the url of that file after selecting the globe shaped icon and got the same error mesage). I next tried another approach by putting my .mp3 file in videoscribe's default folder (C:\Documents and Settings\PB\Application Data\VideoScribeDesktop\Local Store\Documents\abc.mp3). This time there was no error message, but no sound. I tried adding the sound first as suggested by another member as well, but no result. Any help appreciated.

As far as the different hands are concerned (including the blank hand), I tried using the program offline and found that only three hands are present. However, on checking the hands folder (C:\Documents and Settings\PB\Application Data\VideoScribeDesktop\Local Store\Documents\Hands) I found it is blank. It seems that one has to somehow download the hands collection and put it in that folder.

WARNING: This is for new users. If you plan to replace the .bin file, first save of a copy of the original somewhere else in your computer. This will help you if the other .bin folder does not work... just replace it with the saved one.

Someone please help me with the sound problem.

I believe there is a workaround using the file provided by the original poster. You need to configure your firewall from any inbound access to sparkol. Obviously, once the program has installed it will try to access sparkol's site and download the image library etc from there, but will not be able to do so, cause you have firewalled it's inbound access. I can upload the folders containing image libraries and all hands available. I can only do this on Sunday, since I have an extremely slow connection (512kbps). However, I need consent of the original poster. Apart from that I need help about the music. I am able to create animated videos, but without any sound. I have tried the methods told by some other members in this thread but they failed for me. Waiting for your reply. I am not a cracker but I am sure that the code contains a 7 days countdown after which the program stops working. That needs to be nulled plus a bit more.
