I also have it and it doesn't work, despite Troubleshooter showing all green. On Ben Adkins FB page, someone posted a comment about having problems with it and the woman said that when she contacted SA "support", they "begged to give her a refund". I don't see that comment on Dr Ben's FB page anymore. As a matter of fact, despite all the big hoopla about it, he seems to have left it in the dust on his FB page in favor of other "offers", of which I'd now be dubious about.
