Looking through the book, I don't know if I'd take the category thing very seriously, though. Clearly, a few things seem to be out of place, categorically speaking.

For example, while you'd expect to see these How-To's in their assigned category...

* Brush a puppy's teeth or feed a pill to a cat ... under LOVE
* Look good in a suit or repair ripped jeans ... under STYLE
* Make a fire in a soda can or evade a panther attack ... under SURVIVE
* Perform CPR or save a choking victim ... under THRIVE

There were a few that didn't quite "fit" ... like this one:

* Run with the bulls in Pamplona ... under GO

(OMG! Really?!!)

I dunno ... I'd DEFINITELY categorize that bull run under Survive.
