Actually I reread the salespage and it says this:

"Here’s what this is all about: I have created some simple software that can scan any website and instantly tell you exactly what to change in order to get to the first page of Google – increase your organic traffic."

So it looks like it looks at your onpage SEO and tells you what changes you need to make.

Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content
Enable compression
Optimize images
Minify CSS
Leverage browser caching
Minify JavaScript
Minify HTML

You can get the same result (even better) for free from GTmetrix.

My View: DON'T waste you time by downloading this software

I agree that GTmetrix is more useful. However, If you don't know how to fix than the training he supplies come in handy.

Although the excel report shows the links that need fixing the PDF part of the report doesn't show anything like in his example. I even made sure my flash and net-frame were up to date.
