Downloaded rar file fine then tried to convert to zip so i could open it but could not due to password protected files? any ideas?

I've tried several installs and for the most part everything I needed was working correctly. All the sudden now it doesn't matter which of the cracks I use. I can no longer create auto email addresses with yahoo. I'm not sure if something is left behind on my system or something else. Has anyone else had this problem?

the crack doesnt work right now. because the new version is 2.5.0
