Guys i want to prove to you that you can do this, NO, Better than this, i just scraped a few marketing Statistics for this idiot (my apologies for this) website. See what he is doing back of the scene:

1-) He use Wordpress CMS for http://www.anthonys16.com/
Used Theme: Squeeze Theme > Author Homepage and Theme Homepage
Used Plugins: NON > I think he probably doesn't now what the wp plugin is :)

2-) Daily Visitors (on Average): 100 to 200 per day (this means he doesn't run ad for the website, or he does and waste money, want to be sure ? go to emrush and check it there, i didn't and this is your home work)

3-) let's take the math: an average CR for lead pages in market is about 25-30%.
this means if only he target the right audience he is getting about 25-50 leads per day (if, remember)

an average subscribtion in the market worth $1/month/email (aka subscriber)

this means he is getting about (25-50)*30=$750-1500 from the 1st month subscribers (meantime he can market to the past subscribers) and his monthly income growth rate is about that.

these are true if only he target the right audience, offers, sales letters, ... you do the work.
So what we learn?

hey stupid, that is everyones secret weapon! it is really hard to make good money online without an ever growing list of targeted leads... PERIOD! you need fresh leads all the time, to build a big list. some people fade away over time, lose interest, or even die. so you need to keep adding new people to your list. plus the bigger list you have, of active targeted buyers online, the potential is greater that you can make more money than you did the year before. that is why many rich people continue to get richer, year after year.

this should all be second nature to you, keep building your list. KEEP BUILDING YOUR LIST! and when you finish doing that, you keep building your list some more. the trick is to find targeted leads who will buy what you are selling!

one of the best ways to do that is to create a simple lead capture page. do not overthink it, just create a simple website and give away a free report or ebook in exchange for a persons name and email. that is a lead, what you do with it is up to you. the secret is, you have to DO something. people who sit around and leech are not DOING something, they are wasting everyones times, most importantly their own. time is something you cannot buy more of, not even for millions of dollars, the time you waste is gone forever.

people get mad at successful people, because every year successful people usually get richer than the year before. it does not matter where in the world you live, every year, the cost of living goes up. if you do not increase your income, you will eventually become poor, if you are already poor, you will be poorer! believe me, you never want that. it is all up to YOU believe it or not, what you do next decides your future! are you going to DO something or not? if not, then there is no helping you.

what you need to do is, do like Anthony Morrison does here, this is the only reason i am sharing this with you. his stupid little report is getting him leads! if he can do it, so can you! DO IT NOW! tomorrow will be too late! are you making more money this year then you did last year? if not, you need a squeeze page like this. if you already have one, you will need more.

But you know what sucks? Everything about HIS supposed product sucks. The landing page, the product itself.
But you know the amazing thing? Just as you mentioned, he still gets optins with that absolutely s****** landing page!
So for everyone reading this, JOEMLM has just reminded us all that the problem is not our inability to produce beautiful landing pages or earth-shaking products. Those are not REALLY needed. It is our inability to ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING. Ugly or not, get your squeeze/landing page out there and start driving traffic to it. As JOEMLM said "Don't Overthink It!!"
