THIS BOOK (in audio) LITERALLY CHANGED MY LIFE
I'm not into philosophy bs etc, I hate reading books, BUT MAN, since I got the audiobook a couple of years ago, believe it or not, i do listen to it again and again almost everyday.
Every other day when i wake up i listen to one chapter or 2 and every other day before i sleep i do the same.

It takes few minutes, no more.

This book made me discover STOICISM, an ancien greek philosophy bla bla bla, a way to handle stuff and vision of what happens in our life, and again it changed my life, you should check that on youtube.
Simple, logic, effective, what else do you want.
This STOICISM is probably not much known and not taught in schools, because, I guess it wont help any regime to have all the citizens calm, smart and effective in life.

I guess stress help economies a lot.
