In way's it might be outdated but you must take into consideration that most busineses never used the free 100.00 voucher when they signed up to their web host if they offer it. You don't have to spend 25.00 to get 100.00. you just have to ask if they have ever used adwords before and most will say no. have them check their host carrier and then they can get set up...ijs.
