Forget this one... I brought his first Google rockstar product (2011?) spent weeks and thousands of dollars creating websites on google, getting them ranked, free 1800 numbers re directed to businesses.
Now comes the hard part, (which he claims is easy). Ring the clients tell them you have a website on page 1 of Google and is getting XX phone calls per week (you can track because of 1800 number). Trying to rent these sites is hard and I made 2 test sites both ranked #3 and #1 on Google but no one wanted it... Can it work, guess so but you would want to be a expert at cold calling. He sucked me in on the sales letter, as normal every WSO states that local business owners just can't wait to give you money and hell most WSO's promise that they will be kicking your doors in and begging you for money.. Avoid this, waste of resources your time is better spent else where.
Stop wasting your time and money on "how to make money products" and spend your time and money building your own business. (Requires hard work, stress and innovation)

I have been doing this before these product hit the market and It is difficult to get renters for the site, but I go after the folks that need/want them, so I get pretty easy buyers for those sites. Leads make money and You just have to keep plugging away at it.
