Oi kerelfadzley. Cialidi is da man. He was the keynote speaker at ASW in Las Vegas in 2006. He kept us all sitting up straight in our seats the whole time. His research created those proven 6 principals of ethical influence (I keep them in my wallet) - they are timeless.
