To be honest, nothing new. The same things that have been pushed for the last two years. Mobile SMS, Mobile Websites and Mobile apps. Maybe a gem here and there but would have found with a few google searches. I have to call a bit of BS though since they always say:

Realtors: Yes, that are already marketed to like crazy, are on custom realtor systems or if you do get them, put them on Genesis with a plugin that integrates in with MLS which is responsive. You can do some interesting things with SMS though.

Restaurants: If they are on OpenTable, Open Table already creates a duda mobile site for them if it isn't mobile friendly. Restaurants aren't gonna spend that money for just a fix, they will spend it on a new site design that is mobile ready.

Either these guys have suckers for customers or they are plain not being truthful...
