nothing happen...even if you never do backlinking on your video page, your video will get PR over time because of great youtube internal linking.

that's why many youtube videos rank on page 1 without backlinking. but for competitive keywords, you must push it a little.

it's better if you remove those step 10. youtube aka thor oops i mean google is very very strict on comment on other videos. so you better focus on optimized your video and backlinking.
