Yes, I purchased this when it was first released. Not much new info in it and really nothing more than a huge pre-sell for Matt Callen's blog network.

Basically:

• Find the right niche
• Get an Exact Match Domain (comment - I think google now penalizes these in some circumstances)
• Get on-page SEO right (comment - I'm sure some of this is now redundant)
• Get anchor text for inbound links right
• Don't use badly spun articles to create backlinks
• Buy into Matt's blog network for backlinks
