@samson: As swirl says in Post #16, the Mediafire link works. I have since removed the old (dead) Zippyshare link from Post #1 and replaced it with a new Ge.tt link.

Anyone who, like maybe samson, who was unable to get the share due to the Zippy link being dead (or they didn't even try the Mediafire link) can now get it via the new Ge.tt link.
