Most of the TFM products are put together very well.
If you use as freebies - to catch emails - you can generally use as is, but always do spell checks, etc. Changing titles and headings is also good to do.

As a general rule though you should always rewrite PLR - put it into your own words - create your own voice, create your own brand. That is what will set you apart.

Find related articles from several different (PLR) sources and put them together.
There are plenty of people just copying and pasting these and then wonder why they can't get an audience.

The self help market is huge and always growing, but there are huge go-to people already established (Tony Robbins, Depak, Oprah...).

Most of the people interested in 'self help' are also interested in their health, motivation, getting organized, spirituality, making money conscientiously, and so on. It's not just the 'new age law of attraction' crowd.
If someone thinks they can just think and manifest anything they want - good luck!

So roll up your sleeves, understand what motivates you, start where you are, create a plan, be authentic, be passionate, and be honest.

The Law of Attraction will work as long as you take action. How well it works is your own personal journey.

I realize this is more than you asked for, but don't waste your time just copying and posting and trying to sell.

Look at the TFM model - they give away plenty of free articles and how-to videos and are very successful now, but they started with one package and evolved naturally.
