This is about LEARNING by USING. You don't learn to ride a bicycle by studying a thousand bicycle rules, right? Surely it's better to just jump on the bike and start trying?. I try and use the same idea in this grammar class. It's a method I use with my intermediate and above students where I try and get my students to answer my questions for one hour using all the different grammar tenses available, and it really helps with their grammar fluency.
