Modules 3 and 4 are NOT empty as stated by OP.
You need to setup your own payment method to be able to track your sales, as a reseller.
To do just that, you need to create your own account from the beginning.

That's about all I could see but on the sales page it talked about a hosted website and a video. I didn't see either of those.
