This may be appealing to newbies as a shortcut route to create an asset that could be sold on Flippa for a few bucks. But really, there is nothing new here in terms of strategy or method. Creating content autoblogs is a tried and true way to build low price starter sites that someone may want, if you pick the right niche.

Not to put a damper on this but I want to contribute my 2 Cents on flipping sites on Flippa. Having sold many websites on Flippas in the past 3 years, I have a little experience and want to share this.

Those who are new and intend to try this method need to be aware that NOT all your listings will sell. If your websites are appealing with a good niche, then perhaps 1 out of 2 will sell. Remember that listing is not free and you need to work the numbers. More often than not, you may lose money or make just a very small profit and it will not justify the time and money that you spent on it. But after a while, you may achieve 60-80% sale rate. Therefore, you need to do more research on the niche before creating your websites because some niches sell better than others. I have already stop selling there even though I achieve a 70-80% sale rate as the cash flow and profit does not justify the efforts put in.
