The self help community is awash with a lot of dubious products but the Hypno-Peripheral Processing (HHP) products by Lloyd Glauberman is the real deal with all the fluff/fat removed. No reading three to five hundred pages of a book before you get started. To get the best results, use headphones and to get "blow the doors off FAST" results use ear buds while sleeping with the volume one step up from silent/vibrate or 1 to 3% volume, so low you can't consciously hear but your mind and soul hears it fine and in one or two nights you'll surpass 21 listens and you need 21 to 28 listens for unconscious assimilation to make it a habit. Some say 21 to 28 days, but I have seen results much faster using the sleep method If you were to buy any self help products start with HPP, the best value I have ever seen. I have been using them for decades and I haven't seen anything better in that time. sprawn |
