Just had a skim through this and it is extremely light on the details. For example he says you need a website to sign up to the ecig affiliate site but its not clear if this website is just to satisfy the network or if its actually used for the method.

I'm presuming it is just used to satisfy the network because he talks about the great banners they have but in one of the screenshots for purchasing traffic you need to add a URL but no real detail on what URL or how to add banners to the traffic network.

I think I will give this a miss.

+max reps! probably a garbage method, but I have heard good things about pop traffic and I have a v2 account. Going to give it a try with his pop ads targeting, will let you all know how it goes!
