Did you stop and think why I go through those extra steps in the first place? wouldn't it be much easier to slap the link as is ? To those who complain about typing the forum password and waiting a couple of extra seconds and start bitching about it, I say you don't give a s**t about keeping the shares inside our forum as long as possible, you even may be those leechers who copy paste blindly everything and post it in their forums/blogs like it happened with this post, know that: I will certainly NOT make it easy for you.

A "direct link" = is a link that provides the file without the user going thru extra hoops, i.e.: watch ads, download additional software, sign up for accounts.

All the rest, in my opinion are: direct. Protecting a link with BBHF pass is nothing new: we used to do it with zippy, mediafire and a few others in the recent past /

A mirror is a link that provides the same file, but on a different URL, host or resource.

Appreciate the explanation aKinaKus, however when you blindly follow the rules without understanding their scope, arguing left and right with your fellow members, snitching on them at every turn, with an unapologetic condescendant attitude, as if you are some kind of a reference, you bring it upon yourself. And he deserves every bit of it, I will do it again in a heartbeat with lowlifes like him.
As for jumping on the insults too fast, if you read, you will see that on top of his turdy stance , he began by calling us both me and SJ, disregarding his sensible explanations that go in line with what you said, kiddies, posing himself as a seasoned know-it-all "pro". In that context, coming from a wannabe,to me that sounds like an insult, I took it as one and gave back. He had it coming and he still does.
