I've been keeping my eye on this, and it looks like a workable product. However, once you get in and start using it, there's still a bit of work that needs to be done in order to create a final result. This is to be expected, because writing is an art, and you still can't just slap some random words into something and expect it to produce perfection.
However, what it will do for you is provide a nice framework for what you want to create. Then you can use the ChatGPT to refine it to work very nicely for you. It's a definite time saver in many ways.

Unfortunately, what has been graciously shared here is only a temporary solution at best. The videos are simply tutorials for using the product. Unless you buy the product, they're not worth a whole lot.
The good news is that you can buy the entry level of the product and still be able to use it...but only for a few of the templates. The really good stuff (copy templates) are included in the upsells (PRO level, etc.).

It would be awesome if someone could go in to this and replicate the higher level templates, then create those frameworks and export/save those files.
Once that's done, you can buy the FE of this and simply import those frameworks and use them as your own. Then you'd have everything expensive at the cheapest price! ...and that's what we like here in this amazing forum! :)

I've already done this for one of the Frameworks here in the JV Demo account (access provided in the OP). If you login there, then click on "Frameworks," you'll see "Lead Page Workup" as a Framework. That's pretty much exactly like the upsell one that's built in to the software at the upsell level.
You can download and import that Framework into your own account if you like (if you bought/buy the FE of this).
