yes it's against the rule.
Imagine everyone can share what are already shared.
you can post on the origional thread as a backup.
Your share will be merged to the origional threads soon, or you can delete them by yourself.

Search if its already shared or not... If the earlier download link is active, do not create new thread..... If the shared link is dead, then create a new thread... otherwise you can put a backup link in the original thread...
