I was really interested in this cause you could post Pinterest images on to your website and then repost back to pinterest for traffic. I been seaching for this only to find this:

If you are running a Wordpress site that is like a picture blog that auto post to social network accounts, what's the best way to post or auto post to your Wordpress site? I like to find content from other sites and just link the site with image in one click. I am too lazy to download images and then reupload and write new post. Better yet if I have to do this I would love to mass upload images and mass edit all post. We really need a Wordpress software like Live Writer only better. Something that can help visually manage all posts. Something that makes easy to download and reupload images to server. Anyone know anything like this??? |

You need to install an rss plugin and fetch content. Take a look at WP RSS Multi importer [free plugin from wordpress repository] install it and grab feeds. You can post the feed as it is (via shortcode) or auto-create posts from imported feeds. I think this is what you're looking for.  |

Good tip. I tried this with WP Robot but my nich is too narrowed down to find enough RSS. I have to hand pick all my content. Either link to the content and let wordpress plug in magic pull the image from the post and make a futured image or upload the image to a new post.
