it is working, it's the stupid password you entered it wrong

put ..."www.bestblackhatforum.com" and it will unrar properly (without the quotes)

when it unrars you will see 1 folder (file-5-picotheme-pack) and 1 text file, if you don't it didn't unrar right

first time it didn't unrar correctly for me either ;)

and yes maybe he feels bad about scamming and his bad rep around here so he is trying to make up for it, I know he is indian and so am I we are not raised to be scammers so hopefully he will make everything right
